01Who we are

This website is run by Vantheon Logistics DOOEL (Вантеон Лоџистикс ДООЕЛ), ul. Vera Jocikj 9, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia, tax no. 4058026554546. We are responsible for the personal data you send us through this website. Contact: aleksandar@vantheonlogistics.com, +389 78 226 654.

02What we collect

• Quote request form: your name, email, phone (optional), origin, destination, cargo description and transport mode.
• Driver application form: your first and last name, phone, email (optional), truck type and year, home base, preferred region and any notes you add.
• Messages you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Viber.

We do not ask for sensitive data, and we do not use this website to build profiles about you.

03Why we use it — and only for that

Your details are used solely for the purpose you sent them for:

• to reply to your quote request and, if you choose to book, to arrange and invoice the shipment;
• to assess your driver application and contact you about dispatch opportunities.

We do not send newsletters or marketing unless you ask for them, and we never sell or rent your data.

04Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending a form, and the steps needed to prepare an offer or agreement at your request. Where we issue invoices, we also keep the records required by accounting and tax law.

05Who receives your data

• Formspree — delivers form submissions to our inbox (based in the United States).
• Our email provider — stores the messages we receive.
• Google Firebase Hosting — hosts this website and keeps standard technical server logs.
• GoatCounter — counts visits anonymously, without cookies and without identifying you.
• Carriers and partners — only if you book a shipment, and only the details needed to carry it out (for example, loading and delivery contacts).

Where a provider is outside North Macedonia, we rely on its standard contractual safeguards for data protection.

06How long we keep it

If no cooperation follows your request, we delete your details within two years. If we work together, we keep them for as long as the business relationship lasts and for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax records.

07Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw your consent. Just email aleksandar@vantheonlogistics.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before. You can also complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia (azlp.mk).

08Cookies

This website does not set cookies. If you switch to dark mode, that choice is saved only in your own browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.

09Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
